A High Performance One-Part Roof Elastomer

Polyroof SF is designed as a multi-purpose roof mastic, suitable for use on both asphalt and tar substrates.  When used in combination with a reinforcing ply, Polyroof SF can seal edge details, metal lap joints, projections, and other components of a roof assembly.  In addition, it can be used as a repair mastic for splits, cracks, and other problem areas of the roof system.  Polyroof SF is compatible with both Hypalon and EPDM single ply roof membranes as a mastic and adhesive.

Composition:

Polyroof SF is a single-component, solvent-free, moisture curing roof elastomer, which is extremely low in odor and is asbestos-free.
