TremSEAL Pro is a durable, flexible sealant that performs excellently in moving joints and shows tenacious adhesion, without priming, to concrete, metal and wood surfaces once it is fully cured.  After curing, TremSEAL Pro can be top coated.  Its exceptional UV resistance helps ensure a long performance life.

Typical applications for TremSEAL Pro include roof reglets; termination bars; coping, expansion, precast concrete panel, vertical and control joints; perimeter caulking (windows, doors and panels); and aluminum, masonry and vinyl siding.   

Composition:

High-performance TremSEAL Pro is a high-movement, medium modulus, low VOC, UV-stable polyurethane sealant with an aesthetically-pleasing smooth tooled finish.  No mixing is required due to its single component formula, which reduces the risk of hazards as well as labor costs.  TremSEAL Pro does not sag, so it's perfect for use on vertical joints.
