Tremco's VR Lite assemblies include all the functional elements of a high performance vegetated roofing system while being designed to work within budgetary and structural limitations.

The system features:

• An easy to order and install heavy-duty percolation layer that provides drainage below the growing media and prevents root rot
• A choice of 2", 3" and 4"growing media depths to suit a project's design
• Desert succulent plantings that can be installed via cuttings, plugs or pre-vegetated mats.  Standard and custom vegetated blends are available.  

The percolation layer can be upgraded to a combined water retention and drainage panel to hold additional storm water.

The foundation of any vegetated roofing system is its waterproofing layer, and Tremco Commercial Sealants and Waterproofing has four options to support the VR Lite, VR Mod and VR Max.  Depending on your application, you can choose from TREMproof 6100, with its 40 year track record; TREMproof 250GC, which can be applied to damp and green concrete; fast-curing Vulkem EWS, when time is critical; and our Dual Waterproofing System, TREMproof DWS, for long term durability.
